The shoulders each have 6 Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds in a line next to the Emerald and 3 Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds going down to another Diamond in a White Gold mount on either side of a line of 4 Princess Cut Diamonds which are mounted higher than the rest of the shoulders. The Head also has a Round Brilliant Cut Diamond Set into it.
