An antique 18ct gold ruby and diamond ring

An antique 18ct gold ruby and diamond ring.
 
This ring is Hallmarked 18ct gold, with the London Assay office mark, and the date mark for 1916.
 
The largest oval cut ruby measures 6 x 4mm's, and is set at the center of the ring. It is flanked on each side by two old hand cut diamonds. There is also an oval cut ruby at each end of the ring measures 4 x 3mm's.
 
The total carat weight of the diamonds is approximately 0.15ct's.
The total carat weight of the rubies is approximately 0.75ct's.
