All items are coverered by your UK statutory rights. You may cancel your order and return your purchased goods within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in the same condition as sold. Damaged goods will not be refunded unless proved to be faulty or not of merchantable quality. Goods must only be used for the purpose they were manufactured for. Goods must be returned using a tracked and insured delivery service at customers cost. Refund will be issued within two working days of delivery.

We aim to post your goods on the same day or next day of purchase. Delivery is free of charge and all items will be sent tracked and insured. You will need to be at home to accept the delivery or goods may be sent to your local sorting office / postal centre for collection or your organisation to re deliver. Any US customs charges are not included in the price and will be payable by the customer.

Watches are covered by your statutory rights and are additionally guaranteed for parts and labour for the time specified in the description. Watches are not covered for accidental damage or wear and tear. Watch batteries and water resistance are only covered during the guarantee period and will require replacement and testing every one and a half years to protect the watch from water damage or battery leak damage.
